Frontline Academy was born from a conviction: that the most powerful thing we can do for the future is invest in the minds that will shape it. As the education initiative of Frontline Advisory, the Academy is our contribution to Africa — seeding the knowledge, passion, and competency that sustainable development demands, long before students enter the marketplace.
Through engaging curricula, experiential learning, and real-world challenges, we prepare students to understand the issues that will define the future of business, finance, policy, and development — so that when a university graduate leaves fluent in ESG frameworks and sustainability thinking, they carry a genuine edge into every boardroom, every investment committee, and every community they go on to serve.
