The People Behind Every Engagement.

Frontline Advisory is led by practitioners who have built ESG functions from the inside — not just advised on them from the outside.

Oladipupo is a leading ESG and sustainability advisor in Africa — a strategist, risk specialist, and institution builder with over a decade of experience embedding sustainability into the core of banks, investment firms, and corporates across the continent.

He previously led the ESG function at Guaranty Trust Bank, where he developed the bank’s Environmental & Social Management System, sustainability reports, and key policies including its Climate Risk Policy, while driving enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

At EY, he served as a Manager in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, delivering environmental and social assessments, developing ESG management frameworks, and leading capacity-building programs for clients across multiple sectors and geographies. He has since led ESG due diligence, audits, and impact assessments for projects funded by leading global and regional development finance institutions, including the International Finance Corporation, African Development Bank, Africa Finance Corporation, African Capital Alliance, InfraCredit, Uhuru Investment Partners, CardinalStone Asset Management, and Synergy Capital Managers.

His contributions have earned him recognition as one of Africa’s Top 50 Sustainability Professionals.
